“Ginny is authentic, honest, empathetic, and has held me accountable to myself for the last 9 years. Working with her has allowed me to feel safe while exploring my life options. She has helped me to find the courage and self-esteem I needed to move forward. She has supported my right to make choices even when she didn’t necessarily agree with them…and has helped me pick myself up when they didn’t work out the way I had hoped.”

“When I first went to Sanctuary Psychotherapy I was in a very low place and grasping for anything or anyone, however I am the type of person who needs people to earn my trust before I can open up. However, immediately at my first session, when I met Ginny I felt comfortable, safe, and after far too long, HOPEFUL. I trust Ginny so much that I have continued my journey with her (even though I am in a significantly better place-especially because of her) for six years now. She is loyal, honest, trustworthy, accommodating, and incredibly intelligent and insightful on endless topics. She is genuine and it obvious that her main goal is to help people. She is sincere, supportive, and dedicated. I also appreciate how she takes the time to be thorough, follow up on prior discussions, encourages, reassures, and affirms me. She has helped me in countless ways and I will forever be grateful to have found such a knowledgeable, caring, valuable, helpful, selfless, and talented therapist, and best of all a one-of-a kind amazing person. From helping me find myself and my way again to just allowing me to speak freely and without judgment about anything and everything, I feel I hit the jackpot the moment I made my first appointment with Ginny. She not only really delivers as a therapist, and then goes above and beyond while making you feel worthy, yet ensures that she is accurately guiding and/or providing you with exactly what you need.”

“In dealing with grief and anxiety, Ginny has been excellent in helping me develop “tools” to manage and cope. She is warm, non-judgemental and incredibly insightful. She emphasizes with your struggles and shares in your joy. I often forget I’m talking to a therapist and feel as though I’m talking to a close friend or family. I highly recommend her and am so thankful for her help!!”

“Ginny has been my therapist and counselor for 10 years. I deal with depression for which anti-depressive do nothing.Without Ginny I would not have made it until I could find the right medication. She is very intuitive and empathetic. She listens and gives invaluable advice. Other therapists I have seen do not touch her abilities and gifts.I drive 30 miles to see her. She will help you.”
